Completed in March 2024 with support from the U.S. Economic Development Administration, this landmark regional Playbook brings together years of research, stakeholder engagement, and cross-sector collaboration to advance a more equitable, coordinated approach to economic growth. It includes an assessment of regional capabilities and gaps, recommendations for institutional collaboration, and a roadmap for turning shared priorities into action.
National Capital Hydrogen Center
